Where can I find the winch number?

The number is printed on the winch label or nameplate, usually next to the LGPC marking.

What if the QR code cannot be read?

Take a photo of the label in good light without glare. If it still fails, use the owner phone and winch number.

Why is the owner phone required?

It helps us show service data only to people connected with the selected winch in the maintenance database.

Can I ask a technician a question?

Yes. Message us in Telegram or MAX with the winch number and situation details. The reply will come back there.

What is included in the service passport?

Last and next service dates, cable replacement, work history, recommendations and core winch specifications.
