These rules describe the general procedure for returning goods and cancelling services purchased from Circus Workshops LLC.

How to submit a request

Email info@circusmaster.ru and include the order or contract number, the goods or services concerned, the reason for your request and your preferred contact details.

Returning goods

Eligibility, time limits and return conditions depend on the product, whether it was custom-made, the contract terms and applicable law. Keep the goods complete together with their documents and any packaging required for safe transport until the return is agreed.

Cancelling a service

The cancellation and settlement procedure depends on the contract, work already completed, costs already incurred and applicable law.

Refunds

Once a refund is agreed, funds are returned using the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Timing depends on the basis for the refund, the contract terms and processing by the bank or payment provider.

The terms of a specific order or contract apply insofar as they do not restrict customer rights under applicable law.
